Traumatic experiences and environments can have a profound impact on our mental and emotional well-being for months or even years after the incident that caused it. The time it takes to find relief in therapy can be frustrating. I want us to see results as quickly as possible. Our longer trauma therapy intensives provide a comprehensive “whole-brained” approach to healing from traumatic events. Scheduling a short-term course of 2-hour trauma intensive sessions allows us to get from beginning to end of intervention sooner so we’ll feel vastly different form when we started. As someone who is not only an experienced mental health counselor but who also integrates trauma healing in my own personal life, I am passionate about only utilizing efficient effective evidence-based therapies, including Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and Somatic Experiencing therapy, to help you process and integrate your traumatic experiences in a safe and supportive and understanding environment.
